Jam Biscuits

Walt: write a procedure for making jam biscuits.

Success Criteria: use a verb to begin every  step in the method.

Ingredients:

125g butter (½ cup)

½ cup sugar

1 egg

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp milk

jam ( any flavour )

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
2. Add butter and sugar into a bowl.
3. Cream it together.
4. Crack one egg and cream it together with the mixture.
5. Add flour, baking powder and milk in the bowl and mix together.
6. Mould mixture into cookie shape using your fingertips
7. Press hole in the middle of your cookie.
8. Place it in the tray and add your jam.
9. Put it in the oven to bake for 15 - 18 minutes.
