Name Worksheet

In maths we had to write our name in block writing. There was little squares to help us. We had to colour in our names and then find out how many squares were in our name. I had found out that the area of my name was 145 squares.

Netball With Bayfield School

On Wednesday, Bayfield School came to play netball with us. We all had an amazing time. I think that the best part of the day was actually playing against them. They were hard to beat. Also cupcake decorating was fun and yummy too. I hope they visit again next year.

Easter Game

In this game I had to shoot the egg into the basket. It wasn't a learning game but it was super fun. I really enjoyed playing the game. I would like to have more games like this one.

Learn,Create,Share. E-books

Room 11 and I read our e-books to Room 7. We wrote an e-book about muffins because it was our topic study. My reading partner was John. I read to him because it was hard for him to read. It was fun reading with Room 7.

Tall Blacks VS USA team

Screenshot 2014-09-03 at 11.49.26 AM.png

Tall Blacks had lost their game against the USA team but I think that next time that they will show USA what they really had. They should train and practice more so they can beat the USA team next time. Trying can get them more closer to success. Tall Blacks, keep believing and try your hardest to win next time.

Apostrophe

Screenshot 2014-09-04 at 11.23.23.png

In this game I had to answer the questions with the correct words. I had to first understand and read some examples and then take the test. I got the hang of where the apostrophe goes and it made it much easier.  I got all the answers correct. Next time I would like to learn more on grammar.
