Today was a lucky day for Room 11 and I. We had some delicious, soft, creamy and day dreaming cake that everyone enjoyed. It had some nice cream in the middle, it had a thin layer of crushed up biscuits on the bottom and it had a thick layer of lemon and icing sugar on top. I wish that I could share, but it was to scrumptious to share. I wish you were here to have some, but there was only enough for me.
