Explanation: Cats Whiskers

Walt: Write an explanation

Cats Whiskers

Cats whiskers are  vital to  cats. Without whiskers, cats can be very lost and they won't know what to do. Cats have twelve whiskers on each side of their nose. Here is why they need their whiskers.

Firstly the cats whiskers are super helpful. How does the whiskers help the cat to get through a hole? The cats whiskers are like measuring tapes and it is the same length of their body. If the cats whiskers touch the sides of the hole, that means it can not fit through the hole. If their whiskers don't touch the sides of the hole then they  can fit through.

Secondly it is obvious to tell what the cat is feeling by looking at its whiskers. If the cats whiskers are straight, that means that it is relaxed. When the cats whiskers are facing forward that means there is something for dinner close by. The cats whiskers will be back if they are afraid.

Lastly their whiskers should never be cut off. If the cats whiskers are cut off then they will not remember where they are and they might run away. If their whiskers are cut off, they will not know what to do.

Cats are very happy with their whiskers. Just take very good care of them.
